Job Opening for Service/Dispatch Coordinator – Cincinnati, OH
Summary:
Provide support in the service department while overseeing the rental fleet. Coordinates schedule updates and plan with Service Manager to communicate with field service team. Provides customer service by receiving service calls and coordinating response to customer needs.
Daily Responsibilities:
- In partnership with Service Manager oversees the service schedule and develops a plan for dispatch of service technicians.
- Confirms parts and tools are ready for jobs as outlined in the service schedule. • Maintains the service follow-up list and tracking of customer service requests.
- Oversee the process to ensure that follow – up quotes are completed and scheduled. • Communicates with technicians on parts needed / identification • Manages the process to quote air end rebuilds
- Oversee the Rental fleet and tracking process.
- Supports the Service Manager in responding to Technician requests and needs
- Partners with Sales and Account Managers to provide information regarding customers service needs.
- Leads process of daily PM parts pulling for next day service schedule • Primary customer service for answering department phone calls.
- Additional duties as assigned and needed for changing business conditions. Job Requirements: • Ability to track and organize information accurately through using various software systems.
- Self sufficient in planning daily tasks and proactively communicating status of service needs. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis • Excellent communication skills and strong Customer Service
- Pre-employment screening includes background check and drug screen. Clean driving record is required

Hours of Operation
- Monday – Friday 7:30am -4:00/5:00pm
