AHE Community Matters Foundation is dedicated to strengthening the communities where we operate through charitable giving and team member engagement. We aim to support local families, nonprofit organizations, and community initiatives that align with our values.

How It Works
Funds are raised primarily through company payroll deductions. Requests for donations are reviewed by the AHE Community Matters Foundation Committee to ensure alignment with our mission and compliance with guidelines. Reach out for a donation request form.
Committee Role
The AHE Community Matters Foundation Committee consists of 5–7 volunteers from various departments. They review donation requests, maintain transparency through annual reports, and uphold ethical standards, including conflict-of-interest policies.
Impact
Through team member involvement and local partnerships, AHE Community Matters makes a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in our region.
